CONTRACT TERMS
It is hereby agreed to give the following instruction in relation to the operation of a motor vehicle:
30 Hours of Classroom Instruction & 6 Hours of Behind-the-Wheel Instruction for a total fee of $270.00
Fee must be paid at the first classroom session, unless other arrangements have been made. The Certificate of Enrollment (blue card) will not be issued until fee is paid in full.
Student shall provide own transportation to and from the permit and road test sites.
This contract constitutes the entire contract between the school and the student and no verbal statement or promises will be recognized. Any classroom absentees that are not excused will be charged the following rates:
$5.00 for the 1st and 2nd three hour session missed.
$10.00 for the 3rd three hour session missed.
If the student has more than three unexcused absences, the student will be removed from the class and asked to come back to the next 30 hour scheduled class session.
In the event of an appointment cancellation for a behind-the-wheel lesson, 24 hours advanced notice is required. If the behind-the-wheel instructor is not notified, a $20.00 fee will be charged.
The school will not refund tuition, or any part thereof, if the school is ready and able to fulfill its part of the contract.
